Biography
Evan Warren is a current Master of Public Affairs student at Brown University and an ensign in the United States Navy. He earned his bachelor’s degree in political science (honors) from the U.S. Naval Academy. While in Annapolis, he revived installation-wide sustainability efforts by creating student leadership roles and writing a formal sustainability policy, and authored an award-winning honors thesis, titled The Chesapeake Bay Watershed in Black and White: Analyzing Race-Based Environmental Resource and Risk Inequity within the Mid-Atlantic Region. His policy interests include climate change, human security, national security, and renewable energy. Evan is from Finksburg, Maryland, and is a former member of the Navy football team.
