Civil-Military Humanitarian Coordination
The Program in Civil-Military Humanitarian Coordination was created in 2020 with generous support from the Robert Dudley Harrington Jr. Charitable Foundation. Since 2016, CHRHS and HRP have developed a robust partnership centered on improving the effectiveness of humanitarian operations when civilian and military actors are responding together or operating in the same geographic area.
Alumni Leadership Initiative
The Human Rights & Humanitarian Leadership Initiative is an alumni shared interest group that seeks to foster a community of alumni with a shared commitment to human rights and humanitarianism to increase collaboration, mentorship, and professional opportunities and engagement with the Center for Human Rights and Humanitarian Studies.
Global Fellows Program
The CHRHS Global Fellows Program is a dynamic network of academics and practitioners focusing on humanitarian assistance and human rights. Global Fellows contribute to the portfolio of CHRHS through collaborative interdisciplinary research and training programs. While not physically located at CHRHS, our Global Fellows often collaborate with Brown University faculty and students on research projects and training initiatives.
